Singing bowls

I play beautiful crystal singing bowls that vibrate at a harmonising and relaxing 432 Hz frequency. 

They are made of quartz in a mould, which allows them to be tuned with precision. Because of this, they vibrate at a high frequency that is often felt throughout the whole body.

Since 2024, I have been regularly hosting popular multi-hour events that combine long Yin yoga sessions with the sound of crystal singing bowls. 

I often bring various breathing exercises and visualisations into the sound bowl relaxations, offering something to hold on to and further supporting the process of letting go. 

People often leave the sound bowl relaxations and events in a deeply relaxed state. It is wonderful to see how the participants’ faces glow with softness and peace after the session.

! I am currently living in Gran Canaria, and my singing bowls are in Finland. Unfortunately these events are available in Finland only at the moment.
